Media Aplikom is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to publishing original research articles and critical literature reviews in the fields of Computer Science, Data Processing, and Informatics Engineering. The journal serves as a platform for disseminating high-quality scientific contributions that advance theoretical understanding and practical applications in computing and information technology. Media Aplikom is published by Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer (STIKOM) Yos Sudarso Purwokerto and is issued biannually, with regular publications in June and December. The journal was first launched in print format with Volume 1, Issue 1 in 2010. Since June 2019, all articles published in Media Aplikom have been made available online, enhancing accessibility and visibility for the global academic community. 

Jurnal HUMMANSI (Humaniora, Manajemen, Akuntansi) adalah jurnal ilmiah berkala yang dikhususkan untuk menerbitkan artikel penelitian asli dan kajian literatur tentang topik humaniora, manajemen, dan akuntansi. Jurnal HUMMANSI diterbitkan dua kali setahun (Maret dan September) oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer (STIKOM) Yos Sudarso Purwokerto-Banyumas.

Jurnal HUMMANSI saat ini sudah terindeksasi Google Scholar dan Garuda.
