Jurnal Media Aplikom adalah jurnal nasional peer reviewed yang dikelola oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer Yos Sudarso. Berdasarkan SK Ketua STIKOM Yos Sudarso No. Kep. 14/STIKOM-YOS/V/2017 Jurnal Media Aplikom mulai tahun 2017 diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun, yaitu setiap bulan Juni dan Desember. Tujuan Jurnal Media Aplikom adalah untuk menerbitkan artikel berkualitas tinggi yang didedikasikan untuk semua aspek perkembangan terkini yang luar biasa di bidang ilmu komputer.
