Sistem Informasi Pembayaran Tagihan Air PAMSIMAS Bersih Jaya Pada Desa Ciberem

Abstract

The PAMSIMAS program is one of the national mainstay programs (Government and Local Government) to increase rural population access to proper drinking water and sanitation facilities using a community-based approach. PAMSIMAS itself stands for Community-Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Provider. The problem that occurs in the PAMSIMAS office itself is that the administrative process of inputting and payment information is still manual, causing information circulation and reporting at the PAMSIMAS office to be less effective and efficient. Building an administrative and payment information system is a solution to problems that exist in the PAMSIMAS office. The system built is website-based and uses the waterfall method. The results of the hypothesis test show that there is a difference in time before and after using the system.
